NEW MEXICO
    Bicycle Coalition of New Mexico
www.bikenm.org
The Bike Coalition of New Mexico is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving biking in New Mexico, and encouraging more people to ride.  The BCNM employs a number of methods in working toward our goal of making New Mexico a top ranked "bike-friendly" state.  In addition to local advocacy groups, we hope to bring the power of a united voice to our State Legislature and Public Works planning groups.  To assist the formation and effectiveness of local groups we are documenting programs that have been found effective in other towns and cities.  We hope to establish an online resource that will serve as a central location for advocacy groups to share ideas, information, and a collective voice when it is time to vote on road planning and other projects that affect the biking community.
